What is waiting room digital signage?
Waiting room digital signage is a screen used to present useful, easy-to-read information while people wait. It can replace a patchwork of printed notices with one managed display, while still keeping each message short enough to understand from a seat across the room.
SignageWall is the software layer, not an LED screen vendor or queue-management system. It sends media, playlists and configured apps to a paired player. A connected player receives content changes remotely, and the dashboard reports whether the device is online and when it was last seen.

Queue guidance without a false integration claim
Display a manually maintained instruction or an approved public page that permits embedding. SignageWall has no native queue, booking or patient-management integration.

How SignageWall works in a waiting area

Pair the player
Install the SignageWall player, then enter the six-character registration code shown on the display in the dashboard.

Choose the content
Upload media or configure apps such as Text, Calendar, Weather, RSS or QR. Put items in the order visitors should see them.

Publish and monitor
Assign the content to the selected screen. Connected players receive a new snapshot, while the dashboard shows online status and last-seen information.
