What are digital signage apps?
Digital signage content apps are ready-made content types that give a screen a specific job. A Text app presents a notice, a Calendar app reads an approved schedule, a menu app turns structured rows into a screen-ready menu, and a dashboard app presents an approved data source. Each app defines what you configure and which source, account or network access it needs.
In SignageWall, an app instance sits alongside uploaded media and playlists. You configure it once, add it to one or more explicitly selected screens, and update the same instance from the dashboard. Connected players receive a new content snapshot when its configuration changes.

Start with the information you need to show, then check the app’s data source, account, network and offline requirements.

Place the app instance in a screen or playlist. The same instance can be assigned to multiple screens you explicitly select.
