About this app

Put a Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar on screen as a day, week, month or rolling schedule. Sign in with your Microsoft account, choose the calendar, and set options such as upcoming-only, gentle auto-scroll and the on-screen language. SignageWall only reads the calendar and never changes it, which makes it ideal outside meeting rooms and in reception areas.

Why teams choose this app

  • The schedule comes from the calendar the team already fills in
  • No bookings copied onto a whiteboard or a sheet taped to the door
  • One calendar can stand on several screens at once

What it does

Four views

Day for a room door, week for a team, month for an overview, schedule for a lobby screen that only needs what is next.

Only what is coming

Past bookings can be hidden, so the screen spends no room on a meeting that ended at nine.

Scrolls itself

When a day holds more bookings than fit, the list moves slowly instead of cutting the rest off.

Where it fits

A meeting room door

A small screen shows whether the room is free and who has it next, so nobody opens the door to check.

Reception

A schedule of arriving meetings tells whoever greets people who is expected and when.

A team area

The weekly view of a team calendar on the wall, so absences are visible without asking.

How to set it up

02

Pick the calendar

Choose the calendar the account can reach that should go on the screen.

03

Choose the view and publish

Day, week, month or schedule, along with the display language and theme.
