About this app

Surface the latest messages and announcements from a Microsoft Teams channel on screen, one at a time in a rotating spotlight or several in a grid. Sign in with a work or school account, choose the team and channel, and set the timing and whether author names show. SignageWall only reads messages and never posts, and your Microsoft admin approves access the first time, great for keeping staff areas and internal spaces informed.

Why teams choose this app

  • Announcements reach people with no Teams on a phone or a desk
  • The channel stays the only place anyone writes. The screen only shows
  • Many screens on one channel cost a single fetch

What it does

One channel, not all of Teams

You pick exactly one channel from the teams you belong to. A screen in a corridor should not carry everything the company says.

One message or several

Spotlight fills the screen with a single post and reads from a walkway; a grid makes sense where people stop.

A name against each post

Every message carries who wrote it, so a reader knows who to ask. It can also be hidden.

Where it fits

Production and the warehouse

Staff with no computer and no work account see the notices the team already exchanges in the channel.

The corridor to the canteen

Posts from the general channel on the route everyone walks at least once a day.

Shift work

The second and third shift get the same notice as the first, without it being retold at handover.

How to set it up

02

Spotlight or grid, how long a message holds, and whether the author name shows.
