About this app

Show a PowerPoint presentation in either of two ways. Paste Microsoft’s complete public embed code, its URL, or a public SharePoint presentation link for a no-account viewer that follows the published deck. Alternatively, connect a Microsoft account and pick a private .pptx from OneDrive or SharePoint. The connected option renders and caches every slide, lets you set timing and screen fit, and keeps playing offline; both options pick up edits automatically.

Why teams choose this app

  • The deck stays where it already lives, on OneDrive or SharePoint
  • A slide edit reaches the screen with no re-upload
  • The whole team edits one file instead of passing new versions around

What it does

A link to the file, not a copy

The screen shows the same file your team edits. With an upload, every correction would mean a new file and a new publish.

Pace and fit

Set how long a slide holds and how it fits the screen, by width, by height, or filling it.

A background behind the slide

When the slide ratio does not match the screen, a background colour fills the edges instead of black bars.

Where it fits

Results in the office

The monthly review management already builds in PowerPoint, on a screen in the shared space.

Instructions on the floor

A procedures deck that changes when the procedure does, with nobody walking round the screens.

A trade-show stand

The same deck on every screen on the stand, edited from a laptop during the day.

How to set it up

01

Connect a Microsoft account

Sign in once. We ask for permission to read files, not to change them.

02

Pick the deck

Choose the file from OneDrive or SharePoint.

03

Set the pace and publish

Decide how long a slide holds and how it fits the screen, then publish.

Requirements and limitations

Account
A Microsoft account with access to the file, connected once. Only read permission is requested.
Data source
The deck is read from OneDrive or SharePoint and rendered to slide images.
Network
A connection is needed to fetch a changed version.
Refresh
Checked every fifteen minutes.
Offline behavior
The last fetched version stays on screen without a network.
Limitations
Animations and transitions are not shown, slides are rendered as images. For motion, use video.
